I've been here a few times now and must say disappointed.
First of when you walk in it's full of people, everyone is asking where the line is at nobody knows. Everyone getting frustrated people cutting in front of each other. The employees are no help either. They just ask who's next...
Very disorganized, they need to have something saying line starts here or have an employee in the lobby guiding on who's next. Waiting for a fight to happen some people really want their coffee and donuts lol! Again employees no help at all.
Moving on to the donuts, let's just say given these guys one too many chances. Their donuts are always freaking cold and stale, not sure how long they keep them behind the glass, I'm assuming quite a while because of how stale they are not fresh.
The coffee is really the only ok thing they have that's probably their highlight and that's why I'm giving them one star because the coffee is ok. The inside of the place tables are usually dirty not well maintained as well as the floor sticky from people spilling coffee.
As far as customer service, I only see females working here and they are all rude AF! No customer service skills, not people skills and some can't even work the register so very disappointed think this was my last time coming here.
Overall place is very disorganized, dirty, stale donuts and horrible...
Read moreThe graveyard shift, if the lady is working there's no problem, she's great but the guy, I order a ham and cheese crusunt and it was supposed to cost $ 4.25. I'm on call and I got a call that I had to take care of right away. I gave the guy a $10 bill, he handled me my ham and cheese and my change, when I got done talking care of what I had to take care of I checked my change and the guy took a 50 cent tip. I look at it this way, if I gave him the tip, that would have been ok, but taking advantage and not giving me the correct change. I thought I noticed something in the look he gave me like he knew what he was doing. I was clear across the other side of San Dimas almost to La Verne when I checked my change. It wasn"t worth my time going back. All I can say is don't go there when the guy is there or don't be in a hurry. This was the...
Read moreI'm not sure if we caught this location at a bad time but we got a dozen donuts today around 10:30am (Sunday). The bars and twist seemed fresh. But the devils food with rainbow sprinkles were super dry, and the donut wasn't even all chocolate, it's marbled with vanilla, as if the dough wasn't mixed well, so definitely not devils food. We bought a few baby donuts for my 4 year old and they were so dry and hard as well. The worst was a plain cake donut dipped in glaze. I went to take a bite and my teeth couldn't even go through it. I went to tear it in half and it was like tearing an old loaf of French bread....horrible!!! I don't understand how a donut shop can put out junk like this??? How does a donut shop sell old donuts, and on a sunday??? I will never go here again. There are plenty of donut shops that sell better donuts,...
