Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Glenwood Springs

We had two bad tires on our travel trailer 10 miles east of Glenwood Springs on a Saturday evening. We limped back to Tractor Supply in Glenwood Springs (only place open at that time) and went in looking for a tire. They didn't have the proper load range tire, and Peggy suggested we go to Rifle and check with a Walmart that sells tires in the morning. (She checked and Rifle tractor supply did not have any either) That would be on a Sunday so tire shops weren't open until Monday. Peggy and her assistant were awesome. She allowed us to stay in the parking lot overnite, unhook our trailer in the morning so we could head to Rifle looking for a tire. Walmart said they had the tire, then they didn't have the tire, no help at all. So we headed back to tractor supply in Glenwood Spings and bought a tire from them (one load range low) and installed it, that got us to Longmont Colorado safely, where we could get the proper tires ordered and installed for our trailer. Peggy and the folks at Glenwood Springs tractor supply are above reproach ! I Highly recommend this store. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for getting us out of a pinch.

The store itself is well organized and easily navigated. The staff are a little lacking, I purchased a shirt last time I visited, but I had tried the shirt on first. In doing so I left my sunglasses in the changing room, I noticed when I was about 5 minutes away. I turned around and called them to ask them if they would mind checking if they were still there. I agreed to go check, but within 30 seconds picked the phone back up and said they were no longer there. I arrived back at the store and found them in the changing room exactly where I had left them. I wouldn't mind if they had said they were busy and would attempt to check if they had time or anything similar to that, but to be blatantly lied to isn't really comforting. Side note the cash register is more than a 30 second walk from the changing room. I will continue to shop here but I would recommend not relying on the store associates to be...
