Canyon Crepes — Restaurant in Glenwood Springs

This was actually the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth! I got the Garden Crepe as well as a Just Peachy Crepe. The Garden Crepe ( I hope that was the name) is a flavor journey of perfectly melded flavors and textures. Just absolutely delicious. Just peachy was fantastic as well and is the second best crepe I’ve ever had just next to the Veggie Crepe.

Honestly when we drove up after being on the road for 2 days and saw a food truck and a picnic bench we almost left. We were just looking for a more cozy inside restaurant to unwind however once we started talking to Mat and Kristin (I hope I got that right) we knew we made a good choice to stay. It ended up being cozy and nice to sit outside in the sunshine.
