Culver’s — Restaurant in Glenwood Springs

Always get my order wrong, always a line, and not wearing gloves or masks.

I asked for a ButterBurger with Bacon. She said hold on when it was pretty straight forward. The headset lady repeated a cheeseburger with bacon so I was like I guess she understands. I then ordered a large cheese curd. The lady asked if I wanted to make it meal. I said no at first but then ordered a large rootbeer, light ice and said actually let's just make it a regular combo meal. She said ok diet? I said no its a rootbeer. I ordered a 4 piece tender to complete the meal. She said the total was $22.78. I was like woah. So when I got to window, she didn't take my card until the order was basically finished. I asked why is it so much. She never made it into a combo meal, added on a diet rootbeer, and the burger was just a patty, cheese, and bacon. It still came out to $20 and some change when it should have been $15.00. I asked to see the receipt and to take off the diet, but there was already a line behind me and didn't want to wait any longer. The lady was disgruntled and still didn't make into a meal even when I asked at the window, still saying it's the same price but rung up everything separate.

Their employees need to pay more attention and less fooling around. It seemed to be like a big party and bunch of giggling through the drive-thru window, probably why my order was wrong. Very unprofessional as well as lacking the people and culture Culver's...

It's hard to rate everything because the service was horrific. The food is your basic Culver's food, and the restaurant seating was Very nice, but your staff have a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. This goes against everything Culver's is about. They're ruining your business, RYAN KOLSTER, We LOVE Culver's company and food, but your staff is killing YOUR business. The store was EMPTY. We ordered... 10 minutes later, still NO FOOD, I went to the front to check on it and the girl who was Bagging?? (It was for here) our food, snapped at me even though I had said nothing and just showed the tent. "It's a lot of food!!!" In a VERY BITCHY voice. It was 2 burgers and 2 kids meal.(Which were not put in the kids bags with the token and scoop). I got scared to order custard after dinner thinking she might spit in it. Sent my husband. The WHOLE order was screwed up. Sigh ... We had brought tokens for the kids to spend. They have tons. But, we decided it was not worth being there any longer. I am a Colorado Native who comes to Glenwood Springs every summer and I will be making sure to tell all my neighbors that move here from other states (all of them) where NOT to go. You're top...

Went here tonight with the family and got a couple fish sandwiches, a Culver’s deluxe combo, pretzel bites and an order of fries. First off they forgot the pretzel bites, also on both fish sandwiches there was no tarter sauce. Tried to call the restaurant and got no response. Went to the restaurant and spoke the manager, he was super rude asking for a receipt, I was never given one, he only replaced the pretzel bites that were never put in the bag to begin with and would not do anything about the awful fish sandwiches. He said without a receipt he wouldn’t take care of the sandwiches, I told him your cashier never offered one. He gave me a couple sides of tarter sauce to put on the sandwiches that were pretty much cold at this point. He did nothing to compensate me for driving back to the restaurant, let’s just say if you have the option of going anywhere else I would choose to do so because of what I went thru.
