There r stairs that lead u down to water's edge .you still can see the action from above on Deveroux road .there r only a few parking spots . I ride my bicycle there. Sit on the rocks at the water's edge and watch the rafters and the surfers . YES I did say surfers !! Surfing in Colorado ! Did California and Nevada fall into the ocean !?
