CVS — Local services in Gloucester City

Just gotta give a big shoutout to the pharmacist, Soks, at this CVS – he's the real MVP! I was feeling sick with multiple symptoms and needed some medication, and this guy made the whole pharmacy experience a breeze.

I've been to multiple CVSs over the years, and let me tell you, I've never had service like this. He was basically giving me a 1 on 1 consultation as you would get with your primary care. Soks took the time to chat with me, laid out all the options, and even shared the ones he preferred and why. It's like having your own medication guru. And get this – he didn't just hand me the pills and send me on my way. Oh no! Soks schooled me on the do's and don'ts while on the medication, making sure I knew the ins and outs of my meds.

Rude very poor customer service my pharmacy in brooklawn shut down my records were sent to CVS from brooklawn my PERSCRIPTIONs which required refills that were filled consistently all of the sudden cvs tec said my med isn't covered one after another but yet I have had my meds thyroid etc. Refilled no problem for years all of the sudden they cannot be refilled discrimination lack of doing their work I would of gave them not 1 star I have to take thyroid meds for life this CVS held me up for weeks no call no decency to let a customer knw or help good caring pharmacists...

It's really a hit or miss here, a few of the team members are bubbly and extremely friendly where a few others are gloom and don't seem to care ... the inside of the store is usually well kept (I wish I could say the same for the outside, they could use a quick hose down), products tend to be well stocked but pricing has been an issue quite a few times.
