Went in to get links taken off of a watch my wife just gave me on my birthday (Pagani Design) and it was obvious the older women at the counter either didn’t know anything about the watch or didn’t want my business she looked at the watches quality and gave me I sob story about the watch not having arrows on it so they can’t help me so I walked out went to another jewelry repair shop and told my story to the guy repairing and he told me something that makes more sense then not they repair jewelry they should know that not all watches have arrows they just didn’t want my business I ask myself why what did I do to them, was polite they must have thought I stole it maybe or because I’m Hispanic no other logical explanation either way definitely not somewhere I...

I initially bought my digital watch here for an inspection to see if they had what was needed to change the battery, they told me they had the supplies and charged me $5. I came back two days later, and the gentleman informed me that the prices increased since then and that the new price was $15. I paid the fee and waited 20 minutes for the battery to be replaced, after that I put the watch on and rushed out the door not realizing that 1 out of 4 screws were missing. Now, just a day later, I noticed condensation in the watch face due to the screw being absent.
