I got a root canal done last week in a back tooth by Dr. Damian and he was amazing!!! He explained the process and procedure just about step by step. I have severe anxiety and struggle with doing x-rays. The assistants were very kind, NOT judgmental, and let me take my time when I needed to. I had absolutely NO pain at all! Dr. Damian made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really do struggle bad with my anxiety. I am just blown away how simple and easy this whole process has been. I am very grateful for being a patient here! Everyone at that office was kind and supportive in every way. I felt cared about! To end my experience, I witnessed Dr. Damian being very patient and kind to his assistant when she forgot to do something VERY minor. I believe it was taking a plastic cover off of something. I do not exactly remember what it was. I just know that it made me very happy to see how respectful, supportive, and kind he was with her. I had a root canal done on a front tooth that had previously had a root canal and now has a crown. I was nervous about this but very hopeful because my family dentist explained that the only other alternatives were an implant or a bridge. So I was thrilled when Dr. Yeong was able to do my root canal. He was so welcoming and so gentle. He explained each step and made sure I was comfortable. But the most important part of the whole procedure was the way he thanked his assistant each time she handed him a tool. This kind of respect speaks volumes to me. His staff were also great. This was my first experience with having a root canal procedure and Dr. William Yeung was outstanding! He explained what he was doing at every stage of the procedure! I was in and out in approximately one hour and fifteen minutes! Also I haven't experienced any after effects of the process! I told Dr. Yeung at the completion that it was a smooth operation!
