Subway — Restaurant in Goldsboro

Took my family to get Subs I opted out once I saw one of the employees with an attitude. Tonight 12/27/23 Thursday. The older female was rude. Rolling her eyes, not speaking up so she could be heard than raised her voice in a rude way to adults much older than her. My daughter sandwich hardly had cheese and she asked for 2 types in which I paid but got cheated. My sister's sandwich didn't have salami as she asked for only pepperoni My son was charged for 2 cheese in which he only asked and had 1 cheese. I'm beyond disappointed in the service and the money spent wasn't worth it. They haven't had subway in a long time but I'll never return ever. We use to be regulars but nasty workers is what kept us away in the past. I dont like how we can't see the meat and cheese anymore as well. If we could see we would have known sandwiches were made incorrectly. We will continue to give firehouse, Jimmy johns and jersey Mike's our buisness but subway on wayne memorial absolutely not.The employer that was rude was kind to the man who came in behind us in which he wasn't of our color so I assumed he deserved more respect apparently. I was also told rudely she was asking my daughter what she wanted and I was speaking for her than asked was I getting a sandwich. LEARN TO TREAT ALL PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS PLEASE. Orderd a 73 order off the app to get 2 of my sandwishes made wrong and then was called by delivery person to tell me they didnt have the cookies i wanted. The lady there then said it would be refunded. I waited 2 days. I didnt get a refund. Call the store muliole times to be told i had to contact door dash. I said i didnt go through door dash when i order i went through subway app. The lady was dismissive and refused to do anything for me told me to come by when the manager was there. I asked ok when will they be there. Oh i dont know just come by sometime in the morning. Called door dash, they were looking into the issue. I still have yest gotten a refund for 2 boxes of cookies and no one is willing to help! I will never order from this place again and further more the employees ive talked to are rude. Ot once did they get my name or number for the manager to call me! Not once has anyone helped with this isse. So not only am i out of the cookies. Im out of money and 2 of my sandwiches...

I never do these reviews but I have to this time. My daughter and I went to this location at 8:55p.m. The door was locked and an employee was waiting on a customer. I knocked on the door to ask were they still open considering the closing time is 10 p.m. the employee never even looked up to acknowledge that we were standing outside. The customer signaled to me to wait a few. After over 15 minutes standing outside she finally came to the door to unlock it to let the customer out. I asked are you closed she replied no we could come in now I respectfully told her no we wouldn't and i would never patron this location again and that she and the girl in the back were very unprofessional to not even look up to acknowledge paying customers at the door.
