Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Goldsboro

I ordered 6 wings and the girl on the phone told me I got 2 ranch packs so I get to the window to pick up my food. I sat and waited while the girl with green hair played w her hair and fixed her hair by taking it down shaking her hair out and putting it back up NEVER WASHING HER HANDS! She gathered by food never putting my ranch in the box or bag I asked for my ranch she charged me 50 cent for a ranch I asked the other girl with a blue bow in her hair could I get the other two packs of ranch the girl w the green hair rudely says it’s in the box ma’am I said no there’s only one and she says again it’s in the box ma’am I said no I’m suppose to have 3 and there’s only one in the box ma’am! I paid for the ranch when i was supposed to get two free w my food! The girl w the blue bow looked at me like I was the one w the issue bc i was trying to explain tht i was suppose to have 3 and acted as if i was crazy for asking for what i had paid for!Needless to say I didn’t get 3. I eat here about 3 times a month and have never been treated so rudely as I was tonight. The girl w green hair needs a better attitude for the public and she definitely needs to be trained to NOT PLAY W HER HAIR WHILE HANDLING PEOPLES FOOD BC BY THE WAY SHE ACTED I CAN ASSURE YOU HAD THE ROLES BEEN REVERSED SHE WOULD NOT WANT ME PLAYING W MY HAIR AND THEN...

I tried to order online, but the website was so SLOW and kept dropping items from my pizza. So I finally called but what I was told was I could not order my choices from the store, it was online only. I told them the website was acting up but it didn’t make any difference to them. So, I tried again, got so disgusted that I closed the website page and installed the app. It was a breeze.

When we finally got the pizzas they were stale, cold, over cooked and very dry, hardly any sauce at all. We ate them of course, it was too far to return them. But how we did long for what we were used too, fresh veggies, piping hot and moist pizza. Maybe next time but that will be a long way off. We have to have time to forget this terrible experience. It would be nice if I could get a coupon for a free pizza after all of this. My order number is included in the photo. Which is not showing so it is...

I've never had any problems with Pizza Hut at either location in Goldsboro, until today. I placed my order in the app, arrived at the window to pay when it was ready and the girl at the window had no customer service skills whatsoever, very dry responses, bordering on rude. I accept that I should have checked my order before I left and didn't, but they usually get it right. I got home and realized the marinara I paid for was not with my order and the boneless honey bbq wings were thrown together. Literally most of them had no sauce on them at all. Very disappointed and I have no interest in visiting this...
