My local Starbucks is hands down the friendliest spot in town. Every time I visit, whether in-store or at the drive-thru, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They consistently nail my go-to order: a caramel ribbon crunch with oat milk and no whip—it’s perfection in a cup! It’s also my favorite place to settle in and knock out coursework, thanks to the warm atmosphere. The customer service here is always on point and the drinks are always delicious. I dont know if they're told not to give cup sleeves unless customers ask for them, but they seem quite stingy with the sleeves! And I got a steak and egg wrap yesterday which was super cold about halfway through, had a puddle of juice at the bottom of it and was burnt on the outside. If I were not starving and had to go to work, I would have definitely returned it. On the other hand, I have never been let down by their breakfast sandwiches. I guess I chose the wrong day to try something new, but a few hours later my stomach definitely hated me for finishing that terrible wrap. DO NOT GET THE STEAK WRAP! Man at the drive thru window was very rude and sarcastic. When I got to the window, I handed the man cash for half the order. In a very demeaning sarcastic tone he says, We are not accepting cash, can't you read the sign, and then goes on a spill about how they don't have a safe blah blah blah. Yes Sir, I saw your sign 2 weeks ago when I was here last. I figured by now you would have this issue resolved! Over 2 weeks and still not accepting cash? Wow! Get with the program!
