Cosentino's Price Chopper — Local services in Grain Valley

I do not recommend Cosentinos price chopper even tho its a new store ......new does'nt fix a General manager that can be simply described as a guy with high expectations that in no way has earned his stripes id like to be there when someone g ives back just a little of the disrespect this guy deserves and takes this guy John to school on what happens when u d i srespect someone that deserves only the most of respect and your ass cant back it up....id pay admission to see it! He is G.M. a district G.M. over hiring at several stores. After i had tried for a week to get employed by price chopper and showed up 4 minutes late he didnt want to hear about how my girlfreind with two types of stage 4 cancer was sick and i had to attend to her before showing for the interveiw....he deserves to have his cold black hearted ass handed to him and i bet he thinks from day to day that he is something... A weisel at best. Dont get me wrong the Cosentinos are very good people but they hired a real turd with this guy. Sorry, folks i dont mean to be negative but this guys comments of were just not interested in someone that cant show up on time comment at the interveiw is all i could stand to keep my mouth shut and maintane my composure! This is a great location, however, it is worth it to drive a little farther to get quality service & prices. The cashiers are unpleasant & rude. Patricia who the last person that checked me out was especially rude. She did not greet me & was not friendly at all. She uses a grocery divider to stop the conveyer belt from moving so it is hard to load your groceries onto it. It looked like it was just laying there in the way so I went to put it away and she snatched it out of my hand and then glared at me the entire rest of the time. Very unprofessional. This is the second time back to back that the cashier was this rude. I’ll be making the drive to Blue Springs Hyvee from now on. Besides the poor attitudes of the cashiers, the baggers often don’t seem to understand what they should be doing, most of the time can’t bag up the groceries properly. Me and my family shop here a lot of the time for groceries. Yesterday I went there and bought some candy. The total was around 7.49, i was paying at self checkout. I payed with a 20 dollar bill, and my change was around 12 dollars, and it gave me 2 dollars back. I went up to a worker and asked about it. You could tell she was in a very bad mood, it was very obvious. which everyone has bad days, but she had a very bad attitude. We waited a couple minutes then we talked to another lady and she said that she would call me around 8:00 pm when they close, and they would get the money out for me and call me, and I could come pick it up the next day. No call until about 9:00 am the next morning. I missed the call, called back and she said the note had nothing to do with money. So we ended the call, and I immediately got a voicemail from them. In the voicemail they said that the note WAS about the money, but they didn’t have $10.00 for me. I know it was just 10 dollars, but I still wanted my money back. Not mad, just...
