We mobile ordered 4-5 snacks and 3 drinks at the stall. We had no problem waiting a little bit for it, because we understood that we ordered a lot. Not only did we not get sauces for anything (we ordered the sauces), they gave us a smaller size than we ordered for 2 of the 5 snacks, we ordered 2 drinks with add ons, and the two drinks did not have the add ons in it that we paid for. The third drink was a featured orange slushy with boba, they didn’t even blend it together or put the whipped cream on it. I had to blend it myself with my straw which took multiple attempts and spills, and the cup wasn’t even filled up the whole way. We pressed the button to at least get our sauces and some sweet cream since we ordered it, and the guy came out and seemed agitated (they hung up on us at the stall) and said you just want to make me come out here again. He said it like he was trying to joke around but you could still tell he and potentially the team were annoyed we were requesting the sauces we ordered, and they didn’t even give us all the stuff the second time. I work in food service and I understand the frustration of large orders, but that was ridiculous for what we paid for. I don’t think anything was made correctly except for the popcorn chicken, which didn’t need any toppings or add ons (still didn’t get the sauce for the popcorn chicken either). The only reason I don’t give 1 star is because I was really hungry so I’m just glad I got SOMETHING. We even tipped when we ordered. I wish we could take the tip back. I know that mistakes happen, but Jesus when you're charging over $5 for a small cheddar pepper and the customer waits more than 15 minutes (and the parking lot is empty), and then you only put 3 of the 4 peppers in and we beep you in the speaker to tell you, you should say, "oh I am so sorry! We'll get a fresh order out to you because this ish is expensive and we value our customers" like ok? It's easy.
But none of that happened.
I even apologized through the speaker that I was sorry (why should I be tho?) that my order was incomplete.
Instead the girl said, "Idk I'll have to ask my manager.... Ok I'll come get the food and then we'll see..."
Ummm ok? She comes to get the food and is just rude about it. Then another kid with a lisp comes out talking about "what's the problem?" What do you mean??? It's not that big of deal dude, just give me a refund this is ridiculous.
Nearly half an hour here. I wish I was exaggerating.
We will be doing a charge back on the remaining order since it was cold when we finally got home.
So anyway I've heard bad things about this place, but dang. Proper training is definitely amiss here.
It's totally OK to make mistakes, we're human it happens, but you really need to learn how to handle it when such an occasion arises.

Read moreI have never received such horrible service at a Sonic. We ordered 4 shakes tonight, no food. It took around 10 minutes (or more) to bring our drinks to us. after handing the drinks over, I did mention about the long wait, which she muttered something in response and scurried away quickly. In fact, she took off so quickly, I had to yell at her to get her attention to tell her she didn't get her tip ($2.00), she replied that she didn't want a tip and proceeded to run off.
I found this very odd, thinking maybe it was because of the long wait? No, it was because the shakes she gave us was just about completely melted, with melted shake all over the drink holder and sides of the cups.
To the Sonic Managers, if you decide to read this, as I see not many replies to other reviews: I will be posting this review on 6 other review sites, including yelp and google. As well as contacting the corporate offices in the morning and your general manager(s). Not because of the condition of the shakes, but more in consideration of how the employee deliberately gave us these and ran off. Not.... Cool..... I did get the name and description of the employee and will be turning that information...
