If you are a fan of dismal customer service and staff lacking empathy or understanding this is the business for you. This company set up internet services which have been malfunctioning since Thursday. Called them Friday for assistance and was told to reset the router (which we had already done) to resolve the issue. Needless to say this did not work. Saturday we went to their office with the equipment to get help and the staff was uncaring and curt. They said it was "an account issue" they couldn't resolve. We called and left messages with the internet provider trying to get answers about this "account issue" and didn't receive a call back until Monday in which they hung up on us stating "it was Monday and they didn't want to deal with this." Called staff at Michaels Audio again on Monday for assistance numerous times and was told their tech is not available on Sundays and Mondays. Got a technician scheduled to come out and resolve the issue at 10am Tuesday, but 10am came and went without a technician showing. Called the office to see what was going on and fifteen minutes later the tech called back to say a new SIM card was on order, but he wasn't sure when it would arrive. He said no tech would be stopping by to assist or fix the issue, as they wouldn't be able to do anything without the SIM card. Why was the equipment orginally installed with a faulty SIM card and why wouldn't they have back up at their office to rectify such a situation in a timely manner? It has now been over five days without service and without anyone at Michaels Audio having any inclination to solve the issue. Save yourself and get a jetpack. Will schedule an appointment with you, not show, then again not answer calls. We waited 2 days for them to show up to fix the security system that has been down for months. We called for 2 weeks trying to return it, but they never got back to us. After a while, we got a voicemail saying that was an unusual situation... Ok, so you are telling me you never have had any returns before? Our only option was to exchange our product for something else. Like ?????? How about giving a refund if meeting the criterias, like any other business?
