Beyond terrible. I found &Ā purchased my dream condo at The Inne at Silver Creek, right down the road from Middle Park Medical Health. I had been a surgical first assistant, who had founded & owned a perioperative staffing company, before being shot in my chest, back in 1997, which left me with a nerve disease, CRPS (also called 'the suicide disease', due to its many patients taking their own lives just to stop their misery). I spent seemingly eternal months in my condo, weeping from the intensity of my suffering. My skin felt like someone had viciously taken a carrot peeler to it. Suicide was rapidly becoming an option that I was too terrified to even think about, so I started binge drinking in order to black out. Middle Park never even tried to help me. I had to be rushed there many times, and they hated me. I was never rude or offensive, however they called the local police often, who firmly told Middle Park, "you can't call us if he's done nothing wrong.". That only upset them further. They just wanted me gone. They didn't treat my condition, they merely belittled it.
One night, I dialed 911 in so much pain that I couldn't walk, and when I awoke, I was strapped to an ER stretcher by restraints. I asked what had happened and the attending physician said, "you must have been in a lot of pain, called 911 and then blacked out, because the paramedics said when they got there, you were combative". I was amazed to hear that, remarking, "why, I've never been 'combative' a day in my life!". He went on, "yes, and while you were blacked out, a male nurse was inadvertently kicked". I remembered absolutely nothing. "Yes, well he's filed felony assault charges on you". The male nurse walked back in (although he later filed for workman's comp, as well as with the Colorado Crime Victim's Compensation fund, claiming I "broke his hip"?). I asked him if I could use the bathroom. He said, "it sounds like you're asking for a Foley catheter to me". Terrified, I replied, "nobody asks for a Foley catheter!", but he just grinned at me wickedly and said, "well, that's what it sounded like to me". I looked up at him, in shock as I watched helplessly while he opened up a Foley catheter kit on my abdomen. He grabbed my junk and with an evil smile on his face, proceeded to shove the tube violently into me. I couldn't believe my own eyes. An officer then non~chalantly handed me a ticket for 'felony assault on a peace officer (they trumped up the charges by saying that as a federally funded hospital employee, he was also classified as a 'peace officer').
That was over three years ago. They wanted me to plead guilty to assault, but I absolutely refused to plea to a crime that I didn't commit. I spent thousands of dollars going back up there for endless court hearings, only to finally tell the DA, "look, I'll plead to some crime, but not a violent one, like trespassing or something". My attorney, Jack DiCola, had originally promised me he'd get me off, no problem, with my abundance of correlating medical records, but he eventually bowed to their pressure to convict me, regardless of my innocence (never hire an attorney whose office is in the same parking lot of the courthouse), saying that since alcohol was involved, I could be sentenced to prison. Prison? Holy sh*t! I'm a good guy, who was the victim of an 'actual' crime. I never intended to hurt ANYONE.
Now, I found an actual compassionate doctor who cares, yet I am forced to pay $20 a month to the Colorado Crime Victim's Compensation fund, for this employee and they want over $2600.00 from me. I only make $17k a year in disability, and when my two years probation is up in five months, they've stated that they'll simply "refer me to collections for the remainder". Oh, joy.
I tried to file a 'real' crime victims claim myself, after I was shot in a 'real' crime years ago, with the Texas Crime Victim's Compensation fund. They denied my claim, stating "we don't provide funds to people who use medical marijuana". Wow.
You hurt me, Middle Park. On purpose. Now the...

My experience at Middle Park Granby was horrific.....Slow Service, a Misdiagnosis of Covid in late 2019, Charged me $1800 for Strep Test, Flu Test, and a prescription for pain meds and antibiotics. I refused to Pay that exorbinate amount, I attempted to negotiate with Middlepark, couldn't reach agreement, they put me up for collections. WARNING! If you need minor to moderate medical care, GO TO THE CLINICS IN WINTERPARK! Warning Issued!

Recap: I visited Middle Park Health in Granby Late December 2019 with what I believe was an early case of Covid, (horrific ear infection, no taste or smell). Middle Park staff gave me a strep test and flu test, both negative, then prescribed me pain killers and antibiotics, for the low price of $1800. My insurance covered a portion, but I requested a reduction on the balance due, as the cost was ridiculous; they refused my offer and placed the balance up for collections. I don't do reviews typically, but I felt the need to warn potential patients of the overzealous billing practices of this organization. They are not a good business to deal with and gave me very poor service and 5 years of a dinged credit score. Shame on Middlepark Health Group Granby. This type of practice should be illegal.
UPDATE: After Middle Park put me up for collections and nicked my credit score, I am officially back up to near perfect credit. Middle Park is a horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE, medical group to deal with....I cannot emphasize enough how unethical and greedy these people were after billing me $1800 for an influenza test, a strep test, antibiotics and a pain killer...This occurred December of 2019, I had lost my sense of taste and smell and had a killer headache...hmm, I wonder what I could have had...? Shame on Middle Park Health Group, Shame! Shame! Just like that Queen in Game of Thrones.
This medical groups steals from it's customers by overcharging for services and then placing them for collections when they refuse to pay outrageous...

I appreciated his approach to a more holistic focus towards any needed treatment and the desire to understand his patients. All the clinic staff were very friendly and our appointment was held on time!
Visited Dr. Odegaard yesterday to discuss the issue I have with my lower back. He was prompt to our appointment, direct, gave clear recommendations and acted on them immediately. I had my X-ray as soon as the appointment was over and got the results that afternoon! Again all the staff made me feel welcomed.
Time for my annual physical with Dr. O (sound like a James Bond character š) yesterday. What a great Doctor, caring and communicator. He went through my lab work in detail and explained clearly what all the ājargonā meant. He arranged all the vaccinations needed for my upcoming travel. In summary a great experience, how often can you say that after visiting with your Doctor!

I visited with Dr. O yesterday as I had very annoying nerve pain in my back and side. He immediately diagnosed shingles! (I have been vaccinated against shingles). He explained everything to me clearly and what I must and must not do. Apart from his clear medical skills he is a great person and communicates very well.

Follow up from my recent shingles diagnosis with Dr. O. Despite his busy schedule he had time to chat and provide great advice, as always, regarding treatment options. Iām not one for drugs as the side effects concern me. He was able to offer me a drug free option and arranged for the needed referral. I hope he never leaves Granby š.

Returned from a long vacation with very annoying / painful rash issue. Called to schedule a visit and was able to get in next day. Rachel Scott did a great job, listened to my issues and sent pictures and text to a dermatologist for feedback. Within minutes I received feedback and a treatment plan. Prescription was sent through and I was able to pick up within 30 minutes. Great care and service!
