I highly recommend The Warm Store. Our gas fireplace is pretty old and we're just hoping to get a few more years out of it before it has to be replaced. It was acting up and not starting. A few months back Chris came out to our house and took it apart, cleaned it and made some adjustments. He put it all back together and it worked fine for a few months. I called him again to take a look at it because it started doing the same thing as before. He again took it apart and found that a wiring issue was the problem and repaired it for no charge. It is working great now. Another company looked at it before I first contacted Chris and they wrote it off and said the whole fireplace would need to be replaced without hardly looking at it. If I do eventually have to replace it I will definitely be calling The Warm Store. ...

Chris and Gail were absolutely amazing! I was replacing my wood stove before this winter and was running out of time. They provided me with a beautiful stove quickly and it showed up 3 weeks early and they replaced my flue, chimney cap and flashing connectors when they were busy, and made time for me when I couldn’t get a hold of anyone else.
