Wendy in printing is amazing! I had to get some prints and brought my own paper thinking I could use the machines and had asked Wendy for help to print the papers properly. She let me know that they couldn’t be printed on the side printers and I’d have to place an order for her to do them, I was frustrated and slightly stressed trying to figure out how to do it but she took her time with me and let me know how we could make it work! Grateful for her guidance and patience! The paper I brought in ended up not working out because of the odd thickness and texture but she was quick to come up with a solution and reassured me she could get it taken care of! Would happily be back for my printing needs! Would give one star if I could but I am unable to do so. I am currently going through some legal issues and needed to print something to file it in court. I do not have a vehicle and was unable to go but they offer a courier service. My documents were supposed to be delivered within a 2 hour time frame. They were not and when I called I was told that they had no idea what happened but they were going to try and print them and get them to me. After waiting on hold again i was told no one was capable of doing the job and they were issuing a refund. So now I have to wait until this clears and try to figure something out and the reason I was given was I don't know what happened. Horrible service no surprise...

I’m giving the 5 star review to Josiah - the friendly guy working the Amazon return lane and the customer checkout lane. This guy knows what he’s doing displaying excellent organizational skills and personable service all at the same time. He was making sure both these lines continued to move. What I’m giving no stars to is the other 4 Staples employees leaning against the copier counter chatting with their arms folded and no customers in that area. Us folks in the Amazon line saw you and all commented on how poorly a reflection that sight was on this store. You can do better Staples! Whatever happened to working as a team?
