Friendly staff! Just dropped off 6 flasks to be engraved for wedding party gifts. I will update when I see the finished products. Update: They called my after a couple of days to tell me there was a problem with the way the engraving was going. So I rushed down in a panic. Turns out, when you laser engrave something with a curve to it, the color changes a bit. I did not have a problem with this. I thought it gave it a bit of a cool effect. He thanked me for not being a bridezilla. Then they called me to say that the flasks were done, but one had a problem. It had slipped in the machine. They said if I brought in another flask, they could redo it. I had ordered the flasks from Amazon, and time was running out. Again, I rushed down in a panic. Luckily, the one that was messed up was the one with my name on it. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. I had to remind them to take off the charge for the flask that did not get engraved. She charged my card and I left. Today, I got a call that she had not charged my card enough, and could I come back in with the rest of the payment. So now I have to make yet another trip there. All in all, I got most of what I wanted. But the hassles and the headaches, and the multiple calls and trips just makes it seem like a huge hassle. I will most likely not...

Never got into the place because an employee kicked me out of the parking lot. Have had work done by them before and never had any problems.
