Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Forks

my Pizza was burnt and not what I ordered online. Couldn’t get a refund because manager didn’t know how to refund my online order and said he couldn’t even find my order on the til after I came back. I tried calling a 800 number online but it wasn’t a working number. Manager took a half an hour to get me a phone number for a phone number that worked but wasn’t the phone number that could assist me. That was a waste of time, that phone service employee couldn’t help and gave me the same phone number that I found online that didn’t work. At best they sent me out the door with an order I didn’t care to have, I wasn’t going to eat it. I just wanted my money refunded. I am so grossed out with orders being remade. I don’t trust that process at all. The pizza is in the garbage. But hey at least they just didn’t take my money. Ordered online for pickup. Selected pick up in drive through. Arrived and pulled through drive through to window(spoiler alert: DO NOT DO THIS). No other cars in the drive through or at store. When the employee opens the window, he leads with ‘I don’t mean to be a dick, but we are supposed to ignore anyone that just pulls up to the window’. I was in a mostly good mood or Mr.Not a Dick might have been wearing my deep dish pizza. Simple order with one pizza, crazy bread and TWO sauces. After getting home I find that there is only one sauce. You charge 1.50 for an extra marinara sauce and I don’t get it. Maybe your employees should focus on doing their job and providing some actual customer service instead of some arbitrary rule regarding stopping at the speaker. I'm a nurse and I work the night shift after a long night at work I was looking forward to getting a pizza. I pull in to the drive thru and waiting for 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I get sick of waiting so I pull up to the window and knock. Then after another few minutes a employee finally come to the window and tells me they closed early for the night because they had no customers!! There was a few cars waiting behind me as well. Terrible! I wish I can just leave work if I think there is no business. If this wasn't a chain establishment they would be out of the game pretty fast.
