Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Grand Forks

Family & I stopped by tonight, July 16. The people working were extremely rude and disrespectful. The main girl at the cash register (short girl, blonde hair, huge nose, looked between 16-20 years old) was giving my wife nasty looks and kept rolling her eyes when my wife was talking. It was out of jealousy 100%. She was friendly to the people in front of and behind us. She is really disgusting. Then the overweight girl with dark hair handing out food was as nasty as the first girl. She kept eyeballing my wife and giving her very nasty looks. We got the wrong order too and the overweight girl told us they were too busy to fix it. We left. This is not going to be a Dairy Queen we visit again. My wife is sweeter than sugar and definitely doesn’t deserve to have mentally unstable people treating her like that because they’re jealous. What a very gross...

Didn't get a chance to eat here because I was needing a restroom before I was going to order. I was directed to the convenience store just next to them instead & just decided to get something at that store instead. From what I saw though, this store has been frozen in time. There was no seating inside. Only 2 picnic tables outside. But we were going to eat in our vehicle anyways so that didn't bother us. Plenty of parking space even with a dually long-bed truck. Probably won't go back here since it's easier to get to other ones with more amenities should we need them. But obviously this has nothing to do with the service since we didn't end up buying anything...

In the past we've ordered the fish sandwich over the phone as you cannot get it on the app. Today we tried to order it again but they refused the order. Saying the only way to get it was through the drive up or over the counter. Not as convenient and we are just getting over covid. We tried to explain but the young lady just slammed the drive up window. When we got home we realized they forgot the two orders of fries.
