This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take my time to properly evaluate my purchase before sharing my experience. After wasting entirely too much money on Dyson and Shark vacuums that consistently failed me repeatedly over the last 20 years, I needed to be sure I wasn't falling into the same trap again.

Before finding Forx Vacuum in the Grand Cities Mall, I had made multiple trips to a vacuum store in the Columbia Mall. Each visit left me disappointed – not only was the level of professionalism lacking, but they couldn't even source the specific vacuum I was looking for.

Enter Forx Vacuum, and what a difference! When I explained what I was looking for, they didn't hesitate to offer to custom order the exact vacuum I wanted. Their product knowledge was exceptional, and every interaction was marked by genuine professionalism and courtesy. After several months of use, I can confidently say that this vacuum (Sebo) has exceeded all my expectations. The quality and performance have remained consistent, unlike my previous experiences with other brands. Forx Vacuum saved me from tossing out my $600 Dyson.

I've had my vacuum for 6-7 years and have been doing regular cleaning and upkeep on it the whole time. In the past 2 months it started to smell and wasn't working as well. I tried everything to fix it but nothing helped. I was ready to throw it out and buy a new one.

Instead I called Forx Vacuum to see what they could do. They told me to bring it in any time and they'd take a look. Only $40 and a day later my vacuum was like brand new! They showed me a picture of the inside and it was disgusting! I thought I did a good job cleaning my vacuum but apparently not! 😆

The owners are so nice and easy to talk to. They are also very knowledgeable- I didn't know there was a lot to know about vacuums but apparently there is and these guys are experts!

Something I really appreciated was that they could have easily taken advantage of my situation and convinced me to throw out my old vacuum and buy a new one from them but they didn't. These guys have integrity and take pride in their work. They are honest and aren't out to get your money, they're here to help you out.

I will definitely be using their services again and when my Dyson finally dies I know Forx Vacuum is where I'll go to...

I brought my steamer into the store to have the rollers looked at. I admit, I took the rollers apart to clean them and I put it back together wrong and they were kind enough to take a look for me. I went back to get it when they said they couldn't fix it and when I got home a belt from the rollers was missing. I called them to tell them what happened and I went back up there to see if they had lost the belt. They gave me a new set of belts that I appreciate greatly but were very rude about the whole situation. They tried to insinuate that I accused them of stealing a belt which I did not. I was very pleased that they were willing to help me in the first place but I did not appreciate the rude attitude...
