Never dealt with so much frustration with a shop. Dropped two vehicles off today to have my alarm and remote swapped to the other vehicle, they removed the alarm and remote start, then called me and said it’s not going to work, it’s either 100 or 200 more to make it work. I chose the 100 options as I’m already at $500 just to swap the device. 30 minutes later they call me and say only option is the $600 option, I can have Video kingdom install brand new, same device for $650 NEW! At this point I wanted it to stay on the original car, but they already pulled it off my car and wanted to charge me to put it back on? Why would I pay for their lack of research? They had plenty of time to do their research on if this was going to work but instead pulled the device out of my car, charged me and now I’m stuck with the remote start and alarm and on no vehicle. I stopped in last Saturday which would have been the first of February. Was asking questions on certain things and I told them what I was running for a system and they told me it was trash and I needed to upgrade! I've got a very awesome system I think they're just upset because they can't carry the brand that I have. The way the guy was talking to me like I was stupid I will not tolerate I will guarantee you I will never go back into that store and I will never tell someone else to go in there if I do anything I will tell them to go somewhere else than there because they are a rip off and a joke. I recently used the services of Edwards Audio and Video for a stereo I already had and speakers they sold me on for an install in my vehicle. They suggested a step up in speakers and for that I have no regrets. The sound is great! Brian/Sales Manager made it easy for me to arrange the install thru corresponding online/email. He even bumped me up for the install when an earlier opening came up. I spent my time there during the install and could not have been more impressed with his sales team while I was waiting. Thanks to Brian and his sales team, installers, etc. There's no doubt I will return for any future services I may need....
