Kohl's — Local services in Grand Junction

Update Nov 2023 Self checkout now? LMFAO "Joke?" Trying this out right at the holidays? The mens side has no fitting room? Need to walk across the store to fine a fitting room? No checkout on the mens side now. You will need to know how to self checkout with Kohls cash or coupons. For myself it was a nightmare to buy a pair of pants. UPC didn't work. Can only imagine what it will be like during the holiday shopping season. Self checkout? Kohl's? Felt so bad for the young lady trying to help everyone out. She had to be as frustrated as the rest of us.

My mother died. I call to pay off her account $199.02 the rep said don't worry about it the account will be closed and the $199.02 wrote off. Then 3 months later a collection agency is after my dead moms $199.02 I call Kokls to find out the account is closed and they don't care if you pay it or not! I paid the collection agency today! Because Kohls doesn't take payments from dead people!

Make sure you account is paid before you die! Kohls will turn your over to a blood nightmare for $199.02 Lost my business...

99.9% of my experiences at the Grand Junction Kohls store is normally a great experience. Customer Service is great! Sephora ladies are exceptional, but the restocking of popular items could be better. I often say: Ladies it’s not Petticoat Junction, it’s Grand Junction! I normally get a blank or confused stare. To much of a generation gap😉 there. The store in general runs low with adequately stocking,, for example; the most common size for ladies(12) Every summer when I buy shorts or capris there’s not a size 12 to be found in the store anywhere within a week! When I ask an associate about the sizes it’s always the same, you can order online. However, I can’t try them on - online, or I would have. It also seems that a majority of the time baby and children’s clothing is heavily overstocked for the wrong season. But…selection for baby shower gifts is very nice and always a fun and easy...

I had given up finding just the right Christmas tree at just the right price this season. Then I walk into Grand Junction Kohls. It turns out they had some beautiful trees available and one that perfectly fit what I had been looking for. Christmas trees at Kohls? Who knew? Best of all was the service. One female manager was super friendly and walked with me across the store to locate another item I was looking for. I wish I had gotten her name to put here. And finally, the tree on display was the last one left and the one I wanted. A gentleman named Spencer located the box for it, disassembled the tree and boxed it, and then took me to a register for checkout. Spencer and the female managers name I forget to get were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They both made shopping at this time of year a truly merry experience.
