This place has a 3.9 rating ALREADY, when it doesn’t even officially open until today, Thursday, March 28, 2024. Please disregard any negative reviews before 03/28/2024, as they are bogus and mislabeling the possible quality of this place. I am in no way affiliated with this restaurant, I’m just really annoyed at stupid people who can’t give an honest review once the establishment opens… smh.
Update: After having food from this Panda 3 times in a 24 hour period, amidst the chaos and excitement behind the grand opening, I can honestly affirm that they are doing an amazing job.
Was my favorite dish available? No, but I know eventually it will be when things calm down a little.
Was my food exactly what I would expect from Panda? Yes! The quality was there, and since they’re so busy, it was SUPER fresh.
Were they doing absolutely everything possible to keep up with about 15-20 people on staff when I visited?? ABSOLUTELY!!
Good customer service is hard to come by these days in environments that aren’t chaotic or challenging. These folks that were working were absolutely phenomenal!! They were doing everything they could. I saw these people receive an EMERGENCY food delivery just to keep up with the overwhelming demand.
My suggestion to the naysayers? Be kind. They’re doing their best to keep up, while keeping a smile on their faces. If you think you could do better, I suggest you...

I decided to try Panda Express for the first time with my little boy, who was hungry and excited to eat. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of frustrating. We waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be completely ignored by the food attendant, who was too focused on online orders to acknowledge the customers patiently waiting in front of them.
This is a fast-food restaurant, yet the service was anything but fast. The lack of attention to in-person customers is unacceptable. If you’re going to prioritize online orders, at least have a system in place that doesn’t leave people standing there feeling invisible.
The manager clearly needs retraining from corporate, and the entire staff should be reminded that customers who take the time to visit in person deserve the same level of service as those ordering online. This experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning to this location.
If you’re considering stopping by, be prepared to wait—unless you order...
Read moreI’ve been to pandas all over the country in multiple states and this has to be the worst location Ive ever eaten at, I’ve given them 3 separate chances but I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location again.
All 3 times of my visit the portions they serve is literally insulting compared to the company standard. I can go to any other pandas location I’ve ever been to and order a bowl with 1 entree and it will be bigger then this locations “bigger plate” with 3 entrees, it’s honestly insulting since I suppose they think since grand junction has never had a pandas before they won’t know better. But some of us know better and this location is ripping people off by like 1/3 of their plates missing and paying full price.
Here is a photo of their “bigger plate “ with 3 enteees untouched yet, and this is 3 portions of chicken? I think not. Can you even see the half of the noodles in the tiny corner of the box with like 5 noodles? I’d give 0...
