Excellent staff,food,clean,fun,so helpful,always got time to answer questions with smile you can feel. Its almost non existence now adays. So those there are unique to me, an still real in this fast paces greedy world we have to live in need to know keep it alive, Many see you but, dont know how to tell ya. WELL SINCE MY LAST REVEIW l, got much more deeper feelings about everthing. AN THISEATTING ESTABLISHMENTS. Not to mention.The food hm,hm, delicious..(Prices) are so down to earth an (reasonable) too. We dont do many reveiws. But this deserves time to give!!! So others ill look an see what it like to not be just a number or $$$$ to dining out. Like folks used to be... I mean every last word I type. so here it goes. From the heart of old school, so to speak. Lol.

Its amazing. The staff is warm an always ready to assist. Even if busy. They'll ask to (please ) wait an the'd be right with ya, If unable ,then someone else (ASAP)never just ignore ya..An somebody with lots manners an Smiles smilesI love it. My husband as we would express ,feel peace, comfort,an not just another person.Really welcome just as if its our first. Its hard to believe lol.. Its very hard to get today. Everybody in hurry. In this day an times. The girls have been properly directed an schooled thats for shore. So Its safe to say. There leader must be dynomite💣💥!! Hope there UPPER UPPER KNOWS WHAT THEY HAVE... MOST DONT ANYMORE. CAUSE OF GREED AN BLAH BLAH!! LOL....Well oh well....JUST hope these folks know. (Diamond💎 is what ya,ll got. And the'yre a dieing breed we say.!! Lots folks know what Im talking bout. Iim just not afraid to speak for us all haha!! Most are chunk of coal 🖤just working an doing what they got to to survive making money $$$ its a job. Otherwise I ain't wasting my time or anyone elses. My times important to me. So frim me an my husband we both appreciate good,peaceful place,with group of young folks ,smiling an treating customers like each an everyones special... wow!! An what we feel matters... So treat the staff like they too folks like us. Thank them. So let them know they are One of kind staff an costa vidas is a awesome clean place to eat an socialize in peace. We as customers need to show more gratefulness too. An let the staff know we appreciate them too, even on a bad day. . We all have a few.No an again.. I just aint seen one there haha! Managerial skills LACK, ESPECIALLY with JASMIN!! Little back story....a couple years ago my husband got food to go and when I got the receipt I noticed they overcharged us (which happened mostly every visit). I ended up calling the restaurant and Jasmin answered, I explained to her that we were overcharged and without her checking she started accusing us of not paying for all of our food! I told her I have both receipts in my hand, what didn’t we pay for?? She accused us of not paying for my mothers meal Which we did....we paid a 2nd ticket with cash after my husband paid for ours. I told her I have both receipts showing we paid and yet she continued to accuse me and talk down to me.

I ended up calling corporate on her, as that’s not ok to accuse someone of stealing! Especially when I had my receipts showing I paid and was overcharged yet again. Bottom line, Jasmin got in trouble by corporate. Now my family and I continued to go to the restaurant weekly, luckily Jasmin was not present on our visits. Fast forward to Dec. 2020, my girls and I went in to get food to go and of course Jasmin was there. She kept giving me dirty looks (great managerial skills there). I ended up telling my 2 daughters to just finish up the order and pay as I was going to just sit in the car because I didn’t want to deal with her. My girls finally come out and informed me that when I left, Jasmin started bad mouthing me to the employees and right in front of my girls. I ended up going in and asked to speak with the manager and Tarin came out. Explained what happened and he didn’t care.... he said what is he supposed to do when I got her fired??? Ummm, then why is she still working in the restaurant! He sided with her (again great managerial skills to listen to just one side of the story)! I told him no problem I would never step foot in their restaurant again for the lousy unprofessional service we always get!

I wanted to call corporate again but I decided to take the high road and not call since my kids still liked the place. Now my kids have visited the restaurant probably 15+ times since that incident, Jasmin has seen them there and has never said anything to them.

Come yesterday 5/24/2021 my girls stop in for lunch and end up informing me that Jasmin walked over to their table they were sitting at and told my girls that they were not welcome there and banned them due to association with me and to never come back to the restaurant. Seriously Jasmin you feel all high and mighty, embarrassing 16 year old girls in your busy restaurant to tell them they can’t be there because you have an issue with me!! Making them leave in the middle of their meal....This shows and proves the lack of experience you have in management! You’re a pathetic, sad excuse for...

Edit, since this we have been back a few times. Much better experience and we have gotten a bag to carry our food out. Staff are nice a price and quality of food is great.

Went in to pickup food for dinner. I ordered at the counter for me and my 6 year old, just a couple quesadillas to go. The major problem was that when me and my son picked up the food to go (no bag or anything offered) the food was so Hot it burnt my kids hand and he dropped his food right in front of the counter! The employees did nothing to help fix, another customer came up and pointed it out to the employees. While I tried to pick up the mess, no one offered assistance or any help whatsoever. I finially asked if I could at least get some more rice since it went everywhere and just left carrying the hot plates by the edges of the containers. I know colorado stopped plastic bags. This is crazy and a possible injury, or burn to people trying to carry out hot food, can they just put hot items in a proper takeout carrier. My kid was super upset his hand hurt and I had to wait cool down to write this myself. So disappointing in how...
