Walked in around 8:20pm. There was one customer in line and the cashier appeared to be in training because he required assistance from his coworker (a young, dark haired young woman who had two French braids in her hair). There was no customary “welcome to subway” greeting and the sandwich counter was filthy. A receipt for an online order was in the tuna salad and none of the veggies were stocked. Still… I wanted a sandwich so I inquired about the supreme meats. The young woman read the card and we proceeded to move forward with my order. After placing two meats in the bread, she walked to the register to help her coworker who needed help ringing in a coupon. Ordinarily one might say, give me just a second I need to help my coworker. No problem. I get that. So… she helps him ring up the order and nonchalantly returns to my sandwich and starts touching it while wearing the same filthy gloves she just touched the register with. I let her know that she would need to remake my sandwich and change her gloves because that was unsanitary. She stomped around looking for new gloves and then put the new ones on. She began looking at the online order receipts and started grabbing breads that were not what I ordered. She didn’t look up at me and she started preparing sandwiches for other customers. After about a minute or two I asked her if she was being passive aggressive because I asked her to please change her gloves. She responded with I need to make these online orders first. I said you were just helping me with my sandwich and you never communicated that you needed to reprioritize the online orders. She said “Yes, I need to make these first.” It was very apparent that she did that intentionally. At that point I could not accept that low level of customer service and I had to leave. Covid is still present and food safety should be taken into consideration for those reasons alone. I noticed that this location had other poor reviews that were not acknowledged so this may also fall...
Read moreI was in on 8/16/25 around 9pm and the associate named Kaytlyn was EXTREMELY disrespectful. You can tell she is just annoyed we came in so she couldn’t sit around and waste time. this is not the first time. Not only does she have zero respect for the customer, she ignored my request multiple times to put honey mustard and AFTER she ignored me and put yellow mustard on it i said i actually wanted honey mustard and she ignores me and wraps it up anyway, and says “well what do you want me to do it’s already been made soo.” she then yells to the back for another associate to come to the front because i was going to give her “issues” over mustard. this was after she was giving constant attitude the whole entire interaction but I was nice up until she was complaining about me to her coworker very obviously annoyed. I then just said “I’m sorry you’re having a bad night and that doesn’t mean you can take it out on me. I requested it multiple times and you’ve had a bad attitude this whole time.” Not one ounce of kindness or customer service skills. I’m surprised this lady even works in the front. If she didn’t want to be near customers put her in the back. I am a one of the managers of a retail store, I know exactly what customer service is supposed to look like and that...
Read moreMe and my husband don't go out very much because my husband has a very bad allergy, where the littlest things will make him swell up really bad. And me and my husband decided we wanted to go out this evening, and my husband was trying to tell me no, because he hates the attitude, people give him when he has different requirements because he is allergic to certain things so me and my husband decided to go to subway, and he asked the gentlemen, to change his gloves, because the customer right before him had tomatoes on his sandwich, which my husband is allergic to. The littlest bit of tomato juice will break out my husband terribly and I am very upset with this gentleman that works at this subway because he gave my husband attitude about changing his gloves, he made sure he changed his gloves slow as possible while giving my husband the most nastiest look because he made him change his gloves and I really hope that I won't fixed, because there's multiple places that people don't understand about allergies, and everybody thinks, if you have an allergy, you shouldn't eat out to eat no, that's not how it should be do better people I'm very disgust with the guy don't know name didn't look at his name tag but he had blonde hair and I will never forget that...
