It was the worst experience. I have long Natural Nails and all I wanted was a manicure, that lady that first ask me what I wanted I told her I want a manicure then she asked what kind and I was like gel and she said let me see your hands and the she says you need powder color and I'm like What's the difference but she didn't say anything. Then I go over to this lady that was going to do my nails then the lady is like how you want them and I am like Square just cut the tip not too short and then she starts cutting and then I realized that my nails were super short and i am like what are you doing and she is like you want nails right and I am like no don't you see I have long nails I have never had fake nails I want a manicure the she start telling me the price for the manicure and I am like I don't care for the price, but she mess up the first two fingers of my right hand so I had to cut all of them really short I was about to cry because I take really good care of my nails for someone that is stupid enough to want to put fake nail everywhere I have gone they never had confused a manicure for I want fake nails at least the person's that are professionals this is the first time I have ever written a review for any place but I am still mad and that was on April 22,2016 so it's been 3 day after the fact because I just wanted to cool down. I usually don't post reviews but I went with my mom about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely hated it. When receiving a pedicure the water was way too hot and when I said something the man walked off. My toe nails were cut extremely short and looked awful. I asked them to possibly fix it and the heavy set lady with short hair and glasses suggested I get artificial toe nails and that it would be extra even though they were nice and appropriate length when I arrived they just needed to be filed. I asked for overlay on my natural nails and the lady was very rude, she kept taking personal phone calls and ignored my attempts to tell her that I wanted my nails square and not round. When I went to the desk to pay the tech who did my nails rang me up and then started speaking in her natural language when I didn't tip her. I said all that to say I walked out with rounded nails (Not what I wanted) ridiculous looking toes and a bad taste in my mouth for this establishment. My old nail salon relocated so I'm looking for another to call home but I will not be...

It’s not all that. Have had them done a couple of times that I’m short on time since it’s close to where I live. I will say, not the nails that I expected. They were diff. Lengths and the lady that was doing my nails was REALLY rough on them! To where my hand just moved bc it was hurting my nails that much & she had the nerve to say “it don’t hurt!” And start talking to some lady in her language.. Really ma’am? The side of my nail is BLEEDING. My nails were sore for THREE days! So I tried going again but for a pedicure (which I had had done before) so all the guy did was paint my nails and that’s it... but the previous time they scrubbed my feet my legs and so much more than just paint my nails. And he did a Round nail.. when I asked for a squared. I basically had to come home and fix them myself after paying for a whole pedicure. Smh. Not visiting AGAIN.
