STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY Worst customer service experience ever, we were regulars at this car wash, we tried to update our card into their system but the guys said we couldn't get our wash until the next day as the cards get process at midnight, thats understandable but his attitude was out of line.We've been customers here for years, the car wash has had technical issues, vacuums not working properly, Carwash completely stopping in the middle of the washing, we were paying for Diamond membership and 2 times the machine messed up and gave us the cheapest one, our truck got hit inside the carwash, the dryers don't even work properly, pass only machine works when it wants to and NOT ONCE DID WE COMPLAIN, NOT ONCE!. Guys here are trying to say we wanted to get free washing saying how this isn't netflix? That they were going to terminate our membership without our consent, Like wth? WE WERE HANDING OUT OUR NEW CARD. The owner is welcome to take a look at his cctv footage 04/11/22 @ 5:20 look for yourself, and maybe teach your guys proper customer service. Read moreI’ve been to this car wash before & never had any issues however today I went between 1215-1230, so when I went today there was some of the hoses were either damaged or just not a strong suction. My wash, there was no soap, very little water, nothing but streaks of dirt everywhere, so once I pulled back in where the vacuum stations close to office is, to go talk to someone there was another gentleman going to complain about the same thing. Nae was assisting us to the best of her capability, all while she was trying to prep the next incoming vehicle, it’s like she was all alone for a while, not sure where everyone was or what they were doing, eventually there was an older hispanic guy that came in and out of the building & he was super rude, ignored us, he was uncommunicative to me and the other gentleman (we both spoke to him in spanish & he ignored us), he then took over what nae was doing (prepping vehicles before their wash). Nae & Gabe fixed the issue with the soap or it fixed itself idk but either way they both were apologetic & had us do a re-wash. So thank you Nae & Gabe for your assistance & for upgrading...
Read moreI've given them numerous chances, but today was their last. The tunnel never manages to successfully rinse the rear of my SUV. Today, their computers managed to confuse multiple vehicle wash packages - the car in front of me was clearly making another pass, and mine also fell victim, giving me the gold wash when I had paid for the diamond. I alerted them to the issue before entering. After stopping the entire line, they said "we'll take care of it." Not sure if that meant they corrected the settings for my wash, I paid attention to all of the services not administered. Definitely not the diamond wash, so I circled back around to request a refund for the difference between gold and diamond. I was told "we don't do that. Go through the blue cones and back through." I had already been there for 15+ minutes and was not interested in wasting any more time at this business. I will contest the charges with my credit card since I didn't receive the services that I paid for. The new car wash next to Walmart cannot arrive soon enough to put this one out of business.
