A number of years ago, I purchased my wife's diamond engagement ring from Almassian Jeweler's on a recommendation from a close friend and to this day, I could not be more grateful. She loves it - and still receives regular compliments. Shannon is amazing. She was so easy to work with and sincerely wanted and worked for the specifications I requested. In what could be an otherwise stressful situation, it was an outstanding experience!

More recently, I purchased a set of diamond stud earrings for a Christmas present. And they are perfect! My wife has a metal allergy and she knew just how to create the perfect (and safe) setting for her - and she loves it!

What is even more spectacular, I have never met Shannon in person. Despite living about as far away as possible in the USA (Alaska), she was able to communicate with text and photos until we found the best pair of earrings. I'm typically skeptical of salespeople because they have a clear motive, but Trent at Almassian Jewelers is fantastic. I originally went to Almassian Jewelers because they carry Simon G rings (which not very many places do), but I got much more than that. Trent is very knowledgeable and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I walked in on a Wednesday knowing what ring I wanted and decided what I was looking for in a diamond with his help. He got the ring in the right size and exactly what I asked for in a diamond on Thursday. I agreed that's what I wanted and he had someone locally mount the diamond to be ready for Friday. The typical process with Simon G is you pick a diamond, send it to Simon G, and they take up to 6 weeks just to complete the ring, but at Almassian jewelers the whole process took 2 days. I assumed that buying an engagement ring was going to be the most time consuming, stressful, and costly part of the wedding process. Boy was I wrong. Trent (the owner) at Almassian Jewelers couldn't have made it easier or more enjoyable. As a 24 year old man, I had no idea how buying a ring worked nor did I have any knowledge regarding the style or size ring she wanted. Trent and the other personnel (sorry don't know their names) helped me every step of the way, addressing all of my questions and concerns.
