The Rolex I purchased from him/there (new in the box)has been nothing but top end quality, from a top quality store(maybe the best in Michigan) - a timeless classic for years to come, if you will... I even traded a Rolex in, and he/Jeff, was more than fair, above and beyond... This is more than I can say for a lot of people out there. Jeff, even goes the extra mile to polish my watch every now and again as a courtesy, to show how he really does care and appreciate every single customer that walks through his doors, and as a reciprocating and avid local shopper, I especially appreciate that in a small business owner more than anything else. After 14 years of marriage, I lost my filigree, vintage-style platinum wedding ring. Absolutely heart wrenching. I didn't want to waste too much time without something on my finger, but I also knew it needed to be special and it needed to be different enough that it wouldn't remind me of that which I lost. I did a lot of initial online research. It was all just bittersweet. I finally decided on a brand that I was drawn to and discovered that Juhas & Sullivan carried that line.

I'm still sick to think that I won't be able to hand the original down, but anyone can give a ring to someone they've known for a couple years. I’ve had diamonds given to me by my parents and my husband over the years and wanted a custom ring incorporating all of them. I have purchased all three of my Tag Heuers from George and Jeff going back almost 30 years, and always received impeccable personalized service. There was no other place I would consider for designing a custom ring. I had various screen shots of pieces that appealed to me but none of them were quite right.
