terrible experience with this company. Auto pay was selected on my account which was confirmed by the store manager. After trying to access my unit, my code would not work. Their systems did not take my payment and no alert was made about this and my account was put into unpaid status. They are requiring that I pay a late fee to be able to access my unit. My unit should be fully paid up and has been paid up since before the old company (cubesmart) was acquired. I would be happy to pay my monthly fee and access my unit if they would take off the late fee that is their fault. Unfortunately, customer service as I’m told is the only way for that to happen and it will take one to two business days to talk to a human. I live out of state so I am now between the choices of just paying the unfair late fee or returning to Pennsylvania with all of the items in my car. This on top of increasing my rent every single month is not OK. I recommend that you do not get involved with this company. You will be paying an upwards of $50-$75 more a month within six months on top of unfair charges such as this bogus late fee. And this was all learned after waiting around all day for a manager to show up, as i’m told the office has been empty...

A jump of $37 per month!! I am/was expecting to rent my storage place for 2 1/2 years, and you've already increased my rates by 25% for no apparent reason. Supply and demand? Then increase the advertised rates for new customers, not your existing ones who are on autopay and give you no problems. This was also not made entirely clear (that they would be increasing rates basically every 6 months) when I originally signed up for my unit and told the rep I was planning on renting for a period between 2-3 years.
