Worst chicken I've had from a Wingstop EVER! CHICKEN HAS NO FLAVOR SAUCE HAS NO FLAVOR

Spoke with someone named Chapel, and he was the rudest most inconsiderate worker I've experienced when calling to voice concern or a complaint!!

There was absolutely no empathy, no apology, only him bringing up that I mistakenly thought it was being delivered.

I picked my order up late, that would mean it wouldn't be hot not that it would be undercooked, rubbery, watery, and flavorless with mushy skin!!!

Very unprofessional and very disgusting. I will be calling Shawn on Monday per Chapelle who states he'll be in then! If someone doesn't make this right, I'm definitely taking this complaint to corporate!!!

**UPDATE Management had me calling him back and forth for a week telling me he had to hear back from the GM. He told me the GM said no refund full or partial, no coupon, no anything for the bad food or the bad customer service.

Very unorganized and dysfunctional location where you can literally just be robbed of your hard-working money and given bs.

I hope their number of patrons continue to decrease so this location can be closed down.

I have never experienced this level of disregard or bad food from any other...

As a newer Wingstop I had some hope that this location wouldn't be as bad as the rest of our local ones. So I ordered a simple 10 piece and some Cajun corn. My scheduled pickup time was 6:11 pm 20m AFTER I placed the order. Not surprised that not only was it not ready but it hadn't even been started when I arrived at 6:15 pm. Didn't receive my food until 6:27 pm so now I officially have crossed off Wingstop as a place to eat locally as all the locations are terrible. I understand getting busy, falling behind etc. But when you haven't even started an order placed almost 30m prior you need to work on either staffing or...

I got the 20 PC bone in meal. First time coming and thought better get the whole trial before I set my thoughts. Asked for the wings crispy came out amazing, asked for them wet with sauce was not let down. Got the fries which remind me of the east coast. Good food great people and fresh. I tried the atomic sauce which is good. The Cajun is also tasty and not to salty. Finally wrapped up with the parmesan wings which were pretty good as well. Keep up...
