I took my husband's wedding ring here to be looked at to see if it could be fixed with several diamonds missing. I was told I would get a call to get my permission to clean it because more diamonds could fall out. I didnt receive a call and they cleaned it anyway and more diamonds came out. I was told that the ring could be fixed and I called to check on it and they told me it couldn't be fixed and they refused to put the diamonds back in for me that fell out during the cleaning that I didnt give permission to do so. Ron & Linda are most definitely a diamond in the rough society in which we live. I was visiting from Southern California and was running low on cash, they gave me top dollar for a ring I sold them. Shortly into our conversation I mentioned I was a journeyman cement mason and had been self employed in the home improvement business. They had me come to their home and give them an estimate , which they hired me for, to repair their foundation! Who does that these days? Awesome, kind hearted, genuinely righteous people....

First off, I love that this is a local, family owned and operated business. Secondly, Ron is the real deal. He loves gems and unique stones, he can make custom pieces or order "normal" items (chains, pendants, etc). My wedding set, which was custom designed, is really incredible and a work of art.
