This is why I started recording at Burger King. Apparently my app changed default pickup to drive thru and I didnt notice. But I STILL waited 8 minutes at the counter before even being asked who I was there for. Yes I am partially to blame because I didn't notice that change but 8 minutes of being ignored was still terrible no matter HOW politely the manager informed me that it was my fault. And then proceeded to explain to her cook how it was the customers fault for not realizing that they choose incorrectly in the second shorter video after I had to switch to the Burger King app to pull up my order.
Done with this Store the staff INCLUDING the managers are absolutely RUDE! Placed a mobile order. I arrived and both employees(ONE OF WHICH WAS THE MANAGER) outside sitting in their cars. They decided to walk inside as I was walking up and a truck pulled up to the drive thru. Went to the counter and the manager asked if I was there for a mobile order I said yes and she told me it would just be a minute and proceeded to make my chicken sandwich. THEN I STOOD THERE FOR 7 MINUTES. Finally the woman from drive thru came over put my sandwich in a bag then pushed to the side completely ignorimg me. So I politely asked if I could get my food as I had been waiting a while. Where upon she acted as of I insulted her and threw my food on the counter. Then I asked for the ice cream with my order and she told me I could wait for the manager to get because she wasn't going to be talked to like that! So apparently simply asking for what I had ordered 10 minutes before then was an insult. She went on to tell me she had another order that was before mine which IS A LIE because you can see the order screens from the counter. And when I walked in the drive thru screen WAS BLANK AS THERE WERE SITTING IN CARS OUTSIDE NOT INSIDE TAKING ORDERS. This is unacceptable and the reason this store has a terrible rating. The staff are always rude and then the manager will stand there and insult the customer because they will protect employees who are just rude.
If I could give them a 0 I would. They are randomly closed at weird hours. The payment system was down today and were only taking cash. You can't order online from any local restaurants. So if you use an offer in the app with its 15 minute timer your out of luck. This is one of the least professional Burger Kings I've been to. All the ones around here are 2-3 star places at best with customer service and speed usually. But this one is...

I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and 2 things of nuggeye. get home and there werent any fries there at all and the buns to BOTH of my burgers were BURNT. DISGUSTING. Im home already so I'm by now pissed off. I drive back up to BK and get to the intercom and sat there for a total of 5 minutes with no 1 else in frojt of me or in line. they still never answered the intercom so I had to call them and tell them that I was out there. then I get to the window and show them the burnt burgers and told them I cant believe they'd even send them out looking like that. the girl then proceeds to tell me that I don't need to get an attitude. im like ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? I had EVERY right to be mad and have an attitude and regardless...when you work in customer service like that...you have to learn to expect pissy customers and learn how to properly handle them. thats not done by being pissy back to me. Read moreStaff is severely slow, 2 customer orders and it took 20 minutes for my small order. Lady was restocking coke mixer, and an off duty worker and her had a conversation about how he took a dump for an entire 15 minutes. Nevermind the fact that they wouldn't move out of the way for people trying to get tops straws and napkins. Absolutely terrible.
Edit: jipped of food. Got 4 10 piece chicken nuggets and received 6-7 in each (6-7-7-7). Nuggets were cold and stale, taste like they've been sitting for a week and have been reheated in the microwave. Do not go here unless you want to waste money
Edit: I've been coming here for a long time. I live close, and I know a few managers that work here. I came today to get some food, and not only did it take 10 minute for someone to say "please wait" when no one was in front of me, it also took another 10 minutes to get my order finished and to me. I'm unsurprised by the actions of the workers here, seeing that I didn't get my change back (not much, but still). I will no longer go to Burger King, as I see...
