I'm writing a review due to the staff that needs to be more knowledgeable when it comes to pricing. We picked out a customizable piece of jewelry. We were told a price and then were told it was bogo 50%. We were then told we would get extra off if we signed up with an email. 3 different girls were in the store and we dealt with all 3. I feel they need to communicate better so the customers don't get turned off by them asking every 5 mins if there is anything we can be helped with. Once up to the register the prices were different then what we were told. I did the math in my head and did question a few things but knew it still wasn't right. Once our teenage daughter paid with her own hard earned money and I received the receipt, I confronted the 1 employee that gave us the prices that the jewelry didn't not ring up the prices she stated. She then said oops and stated we could return it. Our daughter said it's fine mom. NO no it's not fine. As a business you either need to be knowledgeable of your products and prices or honor the price! If you are not 1000% sure you need to double check. I left there wanting to turn around in a rage and return it. I think you can afford to honor what you say! Makes me never...
Read moreI had the best experience! The girl who first greeted me when I entered helped me the entire time. I explained I was shopping for my boss, what she likes, and she immediately helped me piece together the most perfectly beautiful necklace! We had amazing conversations the whole time. When I was checking out, the other girl chimed in as well. They both were so sweet. I will be bringing my boyfriend back to show him all the beautiful pieces I want! I will say, there was one other girl there, she was pretty dressed down for what seemed to be the dress code of what the other two were wearing : nice blazer, clean jeans. She was wearing a baggy sweatshirt and didn’t have the nicest demeanor towards the other two. I can’t wait to come back and see those two...

After contacting Kendra Scott online, I found out it was discontinued! I went to the store in hopes of a repair. Another necklace was not an option. Ariana greeted me immediately and upon hearing my story, called other stores and found the discontinued necklace! I cried. Two days later, I have a replacement. Thank you Ariana. From despair to joy. The necklace that never came off until it was broken, will probably never come off...
