Needless to say I won't be ordering delivery again. I consistently have issues with pickup and delivery at this location. This time they forgot my soup, a $5.50 cost. They gave me only a partial refund for it and forgot impact on tax. It's pennies really but 1) I tip based on full amount of order as well as distance driving, 2) it's simply bad business, and 3) I now don't have a full meal. I'm left with ordering the soup AGAIN and paying delivery fees AGAIN. However, I won't because as mentioned, I won't be ordering delivery again from here, if anything again at all. I have worked as a delivery driver before and I have worked in restaurants before and the correct response of the business would have been for them to have the product purchased delivered ON THEIR CHARGE even if it's a second trip...or at least offering to do so. I can't be surprised as I've watched the place deteriorate since spring when it comes to accurately fulfilling an order. The portions of today's order were the smallest yet, it's as if they used the same slice of chicken and split it among my salad and my daughter's plate. Not sure what is going on at the establishment but it's quite sad to watch. Used to be one of our faves since my daughter and I both have celiac. So disappointing it's come to this but I won't continue to accept such practices...
Read moreI just ordered through DoorDash like I always do, and I donât know what changed at CoreLife, but this particular experience was greatly disappointing. Iâve had this same bowl (Tuna Poke) numerous times, so I know what it used to look like (it looked as is still pictured on their menu). However, what I got today was something sad and meager, and a half-empty bowl (you could literally see the bottom through the food, as if someone had already half-eaten it). See photos for reference what is advertised, and what I received. The bowl was literally half empty. It does appear that they did take the noodles out (of the item description), but not the advertised photo. So the quantity of food went down significantly, however the price had remained the same. I also paid extra for âextra tunaâ, and I counted the difference between âregularâ and the âextraâ - TWO cubes. So, a standard order includes 10 cubes of poke tuna, and an extra order includes 2 extra cubes. $3 for 2 cubes of tuna. Again, Iâm not sure what changed or perhaps what went wrong this time, but I am not likely to order from here again if these changes...
Read moreTwo years ago I would have given this CoreLife location at least 4 stars. Now, Iâm being very generous giving them 3. This location is right down from my office and I like that theyâre have decently healthy choices when I donât bring something from home to eat for lunch. However, the last few months they have forgotten to put an item on my food every single time. And, every single time, I have to wait at least 10 minutes longer than the online ordering app tells me to pick up my food. Funny thing is that despite being made while Iâm standing there waiting, the food is still lukewarm. I have checked my food in the parking lot, but often donât have time to do this. Only to discover my order is missing ingredients when itâs too late. The most recent order I was missing the sauce. Ever eat a bowl of vegetables, rice and quinoa, and chicken DRY?!? Itâs not the most pleasant experience and certainly not worth almost $20...
