I really enjoyed coming here at first, there was no difficulty with wait time attention or professionalism of staff however the more I come here, the worse it gets.Twice I’ve had to wait an extended time because staff couldn’t enter me into the computer. My orders have been wrong due to staff inattention disinterest and budtender conversing with others while waiting on me. I haven’t received the advertised 20% off of orders either on entire order or one item in order. On my last visit the wait was so long, there were too many people packed in the room with the pandemic still raging.It was so chaotic staff looked very flustered & overwhelmed. It took them so long just to ring up one customer. This is a shame, if these practices continue they are going to lose people to one of the many local dispensaries
Update 4-20 despite my getting a response from management regarding above post with assurances that matter would be looked into internally, it is still taking an excruciating amount of time for order especially since there are so many workers They are STILL packing too many people in both waiting & bud room Staff literally look like they’re running in circles When check in woman was asked by a customer if there are any 420 specials she said “I don’t know “ She also told this same man he didn’t need to take ID totally out of wallet to see as well as telling the woman with him that didn’t have ID that it was okay saying you’re 18 right? When I asked budtender about 420 vape specials he said I don’t know these are always 4/$100 The facility itself is looking run down dirty scuffed & neglected THE PARKING!!! PLEASE get some professional people in there I beg of you!
This place and the majority of the workers here totally suck particularly the so called manager The workers seem like they are people that have bad attitudes and can’t get hired anywhere else They can’t get an order right to save their lives even when asked 3 times to confirm order They appear to have used their own product too much before work to the point of frying their brains Instead of REALLY addressing the many problems that have plagued this place since it opened the manager erases negative reviews or if he doesn’t erase them he pays b s lip service in his reply to posts promising everything but doing nothing Nothing that is but post fake 5 stars reviews to boost ratings back up He is the one who needs to go Maybe then this facility would hire a competent manager who would hire only the best most experienced serious minded and knowledgeable employees to make this a place that someone would want to patronize To top things off you can’t even shop in store anymore not for a very long time Why is that? Read moreI’ve been going to this dispensary for a couple years now. The selection here is below average when it comes to quality compared to practically any other dispensary in Grand Rapids. Example, at JARS on alpine you can get 5 infused prerolls for 25$ at this skymint/3fifteen location they sell their own “skymint” joints for 10$ per 1 gram and the flower isn’t worth it at 20% THC. Today I went to buy one Cali Blaze preroll and they are 11.60 after tax, if you earn 100 points in their rewards program you can get 5$ off your order, I asked one of the managers, outside not near any other customers, “I’m at 99 points could I just use my 5$ today?” The answer was no. I’m not looking for handouts, or to try and hassle this dispensary for discounts, and I understand not being able to “do the same thing for another customer perspective” but I’ve come here almost everyday this past week alone, and I couldn’t get compensated for one point. I know that it’s not difficult to make a note in someone’s account stating they have already used their coupon and I’ve worked long enough in the service industry to know it’s not hard to give someone who spends money consistently 5$ dollars off when the company makes so much money in one day.
There are some really nice people that work here, but for what it’s worth I truly mean it when I say this dispensary carries low quality product for a higher price.
I’m disappointed but ultimately I’m just never going to shop here again, I’ll make the longer trip to get better quality and better service.

Update: 3-18-21 The owners really need to spend some time in this store observing and training their staff. I placed a pick-up order on their website. Soon, I received confirmation that the order was ready. Arrive 30 minutes later, try to check in, but they can't find a record of my order. So they call someone in the back and then just help the customers behind me instead while I stand there. I ask if I can just be a walk-in like them... okay, but more waiting. Finally get in, ask for the items I wanted from my order they can't find, only to be told that those items are out of stock because of the even better sale that I missed yesterday! Very cool!
This place has had the best rec prices in the area, but competitor prices are dropping, and pretty soon they won't have this advantage. They need to solve their staffing and operational issues quickly if they want to be anything other than "the cheapest place in town" with the customers, staff, and reputation that goes along with it.

They don't value your privacy. If you have a pick up order, they write your full name on the bag and they put these on a shelf behind the registers, in full view of everyone. A week or so prior to leaving this review, I contacted them via their website regarding this and they never responded. - THEY FIXED THIS, THANK YOU
Also, it shouldn't take almost two hours to buy a few packs of gummies, but it does here. Don't bother with pick up orders, those are way slower than just going in.
