Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

Come here a lot people are normally really nice. We went they drive thru had about 5 items, they forgot the Nachos I called told them I had no nachos and that I drove home and they weren’t in there ( live about 15 min away) told them I was driving back and my food was cold. Get there they didn’t want to make me my whole meal (threw it away because it’s been past 30 min since we order) and they don’t want to give us new food??? Sound crazy since the hard shell tacos are now soggy and don’t forget the reason why we didn’t eat it is because we have to go all they way back to the Taco Bell to get what we paid for. And now we sit here at the nachos get soggy because the manager didn’t want to make the food. I quote “just make them there food I don’t even wanna deal with it right now” after having to explain twice why we are here. If you forget a part of someone’s order don’t be disrespectful to them when they come back to get what they originally paid for.....Very disrespectful and...

I went to this location somewhat after 11 pm on Saturday night. They were very short staffed and it took me over 45 minutes to get my food. That’s on me though—if I am willing to wait 45 minutes for $20 worth of Taco Bell, that’s not anyone else’s fault. The staff were wonderful and I could tell they were stressed. I know fast food is kind of inevitably low on staff, but I felt awful that they were so understaffed (and they were clearly working on orders—there were just a constant stream of people coming through). When I got my food, they apologized for the wait and were very friendly, and gave me some free taco coupons. When I got home, my entire order was correct, which I know can be difficult when there’s so much going on, so I really appreciated that time was put into my order even when they were so overwhelmed. Not that the almighty Taco Bell god is going to see this review, but you should probably hire more staff and raise wages to avoid making people...

We waited over an hour for a $46 pick up order with many missing items, my friends and I arrived and went inside since the drive thru was long and they made direct eye contact with us and then ignored us and another customer who had been there far longer than I. We then decided to wait in the drive thru after 10 mins of being ignored inside. After 40 mins to get to the speaker, and another 20 to get to the window and get our food, we were missing 2 tacos, and had 3 incorrect items as well. I’ve worked in customer service and my friend that was with me works for a taco store down the street and we have never seen such a lethargic and inept staff, 2/3 cars in the drive thru ended up leaving and if I hadn’t placed an order I would’ve gone elsewhere.
