I went to this store at about midnight, just wanting some gas and a pretzel. The gas went over without a hitch. The kitchen had one person working it, and this poor girl was struggling. There were over ten people waiting on orders, door dash and the like as well as in person customers. My pretzel took an hour. This poor girl should NEVER have been left alone in a kitchen, especially one like Sheetz where it tends to get busy late night. I put no blame on the girl, entire blame on management. That girl better get a raise, she did amazing, but this situation was not only atrocious but easily avoided by scheduling even ONE more person in the kitchen to work alongside her so that she wasn't swarmed...

Recommend Sheetz location near me. Sat at the drink station for 10 minutes watching my p e r s o n a l order of a drink melt in front of me. When I sat in the cashier line to actually face an employee, one of the only ones in there with 40+ costumers, and then was told “it was already picked up”. Me and my girlfriend went to Sheetz on Sunday morning at 4:41 am to order two strawberry cheesecake shakes it took us a second to pay for it and the lady that was working that morning acted like we weren't going all I said was excuse me and she's probably racist and judgmental then when I had mentioned that we had paid she slammed them down on the counter acted very rude and disrespectful I don't understand why people get jobs if they don't like customers or working late at night.
