Bada Bean Bada Booze — Restaurant in Columbus

I’ve always enjoyed Bada Bean Bada Booze and had great service at other locations, but my experience at the Grandview location was disappointing.

The barista I interacted with didn’t communicate at all — when I asked about a drink, she just nodded, entered it into the register, and walked away. Since I hadn’t been to this location before, I wasn’t sure where to wait, and my drink was placed at the opposite end of the bar without a word.

I’m a big fan of Bada Bean in general—the drinks are always amazing and the service is consistently impeccable at the other locations like Quarry Trails and Jeffrey Park. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t quite live up to that standard.

I wanted to write a review specifically because this morning, the day after an election where I was nervous to go out, the barista who greeted me and took my order was one of the friendliest, kindest humans and it immediately turned my morning around.
