Biggest issue I have is the quality of the food. I ordered French Toast and chose the "thick" option of the two styles they had for french toast. Someone else in my party ordered French Toast with the thin option and when the orders arrived the thickness of of both options was the exact same. What is the point of having a thick option if they are just as thin as the regular version? Two of our group members ordered steak with their meal and asked for medium rare. One of them had received a fully cooked and bland piece of meet, while the other had half of their steak fully cooked and the other side somewhat how they wanted. Not to mention the fact that a good chunk of it was just fat. I honestly don't think the place is worth a second attempt and the sad part is if you wanted to have an American breakfast this is the only option...

I have never been to 10-4 before but I have heard good things about this place. My boyfriend, who has been there many times decided to take me for my first time today. I wasn’t pleased at all. As soon as we get there, one of the waitresses was cursing loud enough for us to hear her on the opposite side of the kitchen where she was getting the orders. Then the same waitress decided it was okay to tell her coworker “I wanna choke you out” all because the customers she was serving weren’t happy(a conversation I shouldn’t have even heard). Proceeded to have a very private conversation that nor I or the other customers should be hearing out in the open with her coworker.
