Fairvalue Stores — Local services in Granite Falls

Too bad can't give negative stars...went Sunday, December 1st. to get loaf of bread and jar of Smuckers Sugar-free Orange Marmalade...I have genetic eye disease called corneal dystrophy and can drive short distances...so came home got ready to make toast with my Marmalade and someone had obviously opened the jar and put lid back on...it was strange looking and green areas...and since I can't drive back to replace it I'm out the price of the Marmalade and don't have a way to replace it since my husband passed away and usually drove me...seems like if something like this happens they decided it's you fault and your problem...and more or less tell you to get lost....really bad...

The meat sales make it almost worth going to. There was only one decent employee who even bothered to say hello or even ask if I needed help. The rest acted like we were a burden for being in the store. The bathrooms were so filthy that I felt dirty coming out of them. The meat case had old dried blood in the bottom of it. - a huge sanitary no no. The waterfounatins were greasy and dirty. They looked as if they had not been wiped down in months and had a film of slime on them. Produce was sup-par and expensive. I would not buy any meat or anything from this store that had not been pre-packaged from an outside facility. God only knows what the back of the store and meat...

We are no longer going to shop here. I know our families loyalty is small in the grand scheme of things but we have been customers ever since they moved to Granite. We started online shopping because I am now handicapped. Today makes the second time we ended up making multiple trips That defeats the purpose for us. If you gonna do your own shopping great but if it's the online experience and convenience do like us find another store. We were treated like our business was unimportant. My husband spoke to Chris, who acted like it was no big deal. Fairvalue has went way downhill in customer satisfaction. Shame on you. ...
