Went there last night because a different pizza franchise had a line out the door and I figured that if I could call the location and order a pizza, then by the time I drive there it'll be ready! Nope. No one answered the phone, and while I tried to place an online order, the website kept throwing me error messages for not being able to add to my cart. Alright I thought,ill just go there and I'm okay waiting for a few minutes. I pull up, and I could see that they were pretty short staffed. Not the workers fault, its just unfortunate. I was helped by a great guy, he was stressed, handling multiple jobs, but doing his best. When I completed my order he said it'll be 15 min...took a look behind him, and said: "okay, maybe a bit more than 15. The guys have a very full board right now." Understandable. I waited....and waited....20 minutes pass and I'm told that they had to recook a pizza, due to an accident. I'm a little bothered, but mistakes happen ya know? Anyway, another few minutes go by and im told that they are out of an ingredient for one of my pizzas. Well, it sucks but hey if it can't be helped, so be it. Anyway after waiting a total of roughly 40 to 50 minutes I get my order of 2 medium pizzas and 8 wings. Grand total of 47 dollars....this is where everything finally hits me hard. With everything that I've been through I've also been charged for the missing ingredient, and the price is absolutely ludicrous. I figured a medium pizza would be bigger than a Walmart sized red baron pizza, but I was wrong. I figured it'd be quicker to go here and get a pizza, but I was horribly wrong. I figured that a Supreme pizza wouldn't be that expensive, but I was again wrong. The poor staff was definitely trying their best, and i wish them all well, but as a franchise I just don't see myself coming to pizza hut again. The pizza was fine and warm, but either they really need to hire more people, fix their wage so people want to stay, or reduce their prices (preferably all of these things)because near 50 bucks for waiting almost an hour with mistakes while waiting for the order plus an incomplete pizza, and not being able to order ahead of time, was a very frustrating experience. Read moreThis location was my first job many years ago. I have remained a Pizza Hut fan and customer since then. The time has come to part ways. The restaurant has become more and more neglected. The floors are dirty, the cabinets unwiped the staff disheveled and lacking any form of customer service. For the third time in six weeks, my order was wrong. I waited patiently for 40 minutes, after my scheduled 15 minute wait time, before I started to get concerned my order had been lost. When I inquired, I was told it had gone through their internet system and they had missed it. I had ordered the cheese sticks that had been missing from my previous order. I was not offered a refund for the first credited sticks but offered another credit. A credit for my credit. I tried to use the credit this evening, but it was "lost" in the system and I could wait an additional 8 minutes or so for the cheese sticks I have been trying to get on multiple orders. This is an on going pattern. I paid for a 2 liter a few weeks back, that was not delivered. I was told they were out, after I called back, and I could have one when I came in. I was not delivered my crushed red pepper that I paid for and was offered a credit. The steady trend of paying for items that I do not receive, not being offered a refund and then not receiving the food when I try to use the credit, seems like a money making racket to me. I have lost about 20 dollars in food I have never received, that I am never able to receive, no matter how many times I try to use the "credit" offered to me. The manager didn't even bother to wipe the nasty crumbs off the counter, as she told me again, I could get a credit for my food. So, with a sigh of disgust, I wash my hands of this establishment. Please clean your restaurant, work on order taking, and try a little kinder customer service. You are now the lowest rated pizza place in the area. Below even Dominoes, what a shame.
Side note, the food is horrible. My hand tossed pizza was crunchy and thin. My son agrees, it used to be awesome and now it is like...
Read moreMy Family and I just left from eating at the Pizza Hut in Granite Falls N.C, this is the one we normally eat at cause it is convenient for us. We are always pleased with the Food and the Service, until today. I am a former shift Manager for pizza hut and I have around 10 years experience in restaurant Management, and I know the rules of pizza hut and other restaurants and apparently they didn't apply today. We got seated at our table and there were another Family eating, as we sat there I noticed that they had 5 more tables that were not cleaned off , and when we placed our and started receiving our food the burning hot wings that I ordered barely had any sauce on them, the crust on one of my pizzas was still doughy , plus we were almost finished with our food when the last order of breadsticks finally arrived, we had to send our Daughter to the counter to get refills for our drinks. When the other Family left the table stayed with everything they left until the employees noticed that I was taking photos of the place , when we asked for boxes for our leftovers the waitress placed them on the server we were using for the pizza and everyone should know where all the boxes could have been.
