just to start off, i’m not one to leave a bad review, but this place has been nothing but an inconvenience to me. the first time i went there about 2 years ago to get a small tattoo, it was fine and i had no problem. then last february i went to go get my nose pierced. the guy did not show me the marking of where the piercing was gonna go and it was extremely low. i wound up going to state college and getting it redone as well as the other side, while it was a little more on the expensive side the piercing were great. today i went in to have my piercing removed and my hoop put in which would only be about $10. the piercer then took these like scissor shaped pliers and was very rough while attempting to take the piercing out. this resulted in my nose starting to bleed which the guy then practically complained about and asked when i got it done. i said early december and he said it should not be bleeding if it had actually been that long, which it had. he then proceeded to put one of the shops hoops in and couldn’t get it in. after that he took a stud, a super tiny stud, that he even said (something alone the lines of) “it probably won’t stay in.” which it did not as when i sneezed the stud came out. it doesn’t even go through my nose (the other side doesn’t go through) which i can see the inside closing until i’m able to get a new piece of jewelry. also, sometime last year i went to sacred gem to get a cartilage piercing on my other ear, as i have 3 already and, i’m not sure who it was, but he pierced my ear on an angle which this cause my ear to never heal right once again resulting in me having to take it out and lose money. one last thing, i’ve gone to other shops for different things and each time somebody did something with my piercings at this shop, they just complained about how it was done when i never had a problem with it and have only had problems here. overall i have never had a good experience at this place, found it to be very unprofessional every time i have been there. i would not recommend this...

Got my septum done here last year, thought it was okay but it wasn’t healing correctly because the piercer did it diagonal/crooked. One hole was literally at the bottom of my nostril. He was very shaky with the clamps and kept moving them, my septum bled quite a bit when he pierced it, nothing was explained and I wasn’t sent home with any after care information. I ended up taking it out after having it for around 2-3 months? I finally got it redone elsewhere and it was beautiful. She was feeling the scar tissue from this septum and she said “wow yeah how did he miss the mark that much” didn’t bleed or anything, sent home with after care instruction and they even called a few weeks after to check up on my healing process. I've been here twice and my experiences haven't been good. The first time, I went I got my septum pierced and it wasn't healing well even though I was following aftercare properly. The second time, I got my belly button pierced and the artist pierced way too high. He could barely get the bar through and struggled to get the ball on. It bled and became infected to the point I had to take it out and let it heal. I recently had my belly button pierced again and it was a way better experience.
