I have been going to the target for several years today was the first time in 20+ years that we had experienced and associate who was very rude to me and our family for bringing our ESA dog who is registered her name was Megan and she told us your dog was barking and it’s disturbing every customer and all the associates who are working on the floor, so you need to take the dog out since the dog is not registered, but I had told her and I explained to her that the dog is registered to he’s like we in Texas all dogs are registered. It doesn’t matter if he’s a ESA dog or not and my husband was getting upset so I had told her to ignore him and she goes rudely to me as well that I will ignore you as well. Don’t worry I’m getting the manager. You guys to delete the store immediately because your dog is being very disruptive and causing issues she calls the manager or the manager walks to her and speaks with her and my husband decides to go talk to the manager and the manager did not do anything and there is a policy that says dogs are not allowed if they are a dogs or special ability dogs they are allowed in a store which my dog is registered as a ESA dog, but she was.    Read moreI never put bad review on target but this time I’m very upset because yesterday I was the eighth person that was waiting outside for the Starbucks cup the Glass Barista Bear when we went inside the ones that were on the shelf were taking up quickly by the first ones so I decided to get two other cups that were from Starbucks, but one of the employees came out with five more bar cups she was giving them out and she had one left and I asked her for it. I was right And instead of giving it to me, she said you already have cups I’ma give it to someone else mind you the people that she gave the cups to were all white people, and I was the only There, I don’t know if she was a manager or what, but I felt that I was racially profiled.    Read moreNever came across a store that was so adamant about not taking Cat & Jack returns. I was forewarned with the litany of questions I had to answer before my barcode was even scanned. Unfortunately for your manager and customer service representative working this afternoon, this is Company initiative and you need to establish, as a store, what your guidelines are for these types of returns. I was told “yeah…these look pretty worn…” and that my other items wouldn’t be accepted because of stains. I understand that per Target’s policy, “Target reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse”, but I informed your staff that my purchases could be accessed via my app. I’m going to lean on the assumption that they may not have been aware that the policy also states, “Target Owned Brand items: If you’re not satisfied with any Target Owned Brand item, return it within one year with a receipt for an exchange or a refund”.
