Ole Dam Rd. Party Store — Local services in Grayling Charter Township

I have lived in this area for over 20 years and have always liked Old Dam Party Store. Today was different, I was treated rudely and the elderly woman who "appeared to be in charge at the time" made me feel as though I was trying to cheat the store. Even one of the other clerks gave a "raised eyebrow" when she began her verbal rant. I very kindly pointed out to her that the error was not my error and that she should not be taking it out on me. I told her she was being rude and that she should be more kind to the customer. She replied to me with a raised voice. I will not be visiting this store anymore. Putt putt coarse could use some major attention. Used the wrong turf for some of the holes. One hole is in need of some major attention. It's very run down. The water wasn't on. Said the pump was broken from the sign on the door. The sign on the door looks like it was from last season. They definitely aren't doing any upkeep on the coarse whatsoever. Will give them another try later this summer and see if anything has been done to improve then...

Don’t waste your time or money on the Rapid Timbers putt putt course. It seems to be entirely unkept, with weeds growing, worn and torn artificial greens/outdoor carpet, absolutely no water features, rotten wood, missing or fallen fencing, and very worn clubs and balls.
