Comfort Center Furniture — Local services in Grayling Charter Township

I stopped in to purchase a loveseat. Luke told me the company has been delivering in 3 weeks. After the 4th week I called and the salesmen told me it really takes them 5 weeks. After the 5th week Luke called me and said the loveseat was on a truck headed this way. That was almost 3 weeks ago. 😳 I still have no loveseat. The people are nice but they need to be transparent and tell customers it is 8-10 weeks to get furniture. Update: after 8 weeks I got a call saying the loveseat was in. I said great. Please deliver today. I was told, sorry we can't fit you in for a few days we are busy and booked. I said, but I have been wanting over 8 weeks, you can't squeeze me in, I am 12 miles. I was told no. I would have to wait until I fit in...
