Yeah not a fan. I brought 3 silver bracelets to be repaired nothing fancy It took 6 weeks 1 bracelet broke within the first few days the second is fixed but given to me tarnished and dirty my 3 bracelet is silver & needed a few tiny tiny zirconia gem stones replaced. This small process like I said took over 6 weeks & cost me almost $300. My advice is to go to a real established jewelry store I know a great one in Glenview Daniel’s or take a ride downtown to Wabash ave. I have had and still have beautiful magnificent pieces of jewelry When I went in my gut told me this place was not for me. I tried to engage with the woman that was there she came off arrogant she may have been busy but arrogant for sure. I’m an older woman those people had no idea who I am or where I come from not than I’m anyone special but knowledgeable enough. I let myself be hustled at least that is how I felt when I walked out.. Should of trusted...

My husband’s and my wedding rings are custom designed and highly personalized and over 17 years they’ve become extremely scratched and beaten up. After hiking down a rock mountain and rappelling down caverns our rings were absolutely trashed, and I brought them to Bejeweled Jewelry to see if they could be repaired and polished. Zeke is an absolute miracle worker!! Not only were our rings restored to their original beauty, they looked even better than when we first designed them (one side is polished, one side brushed but over the years the scratches made it look all uniform). We were utterly astonished and are now afraid to wear them, they’re so pretty! 🤩

My experience with Zeke and Lauren was amazing. Zeke helped my husband and I design custom wedding bands for our 25th anniversary five years ago. He was so awesome to work with. It is clear that he has great vision when it come to designing jewelery! Today I picked up a new ring that was a resigned from my wedding band and couldn't be more thrilled!!! Best gift I could ask for.....30th year anniversary! He incorporated all of the unique stamping and engraving in the other ring. Zeke is also great with repairs! Have taken several peices for repair and he did an awesome job...like new again. Would highly recommend Bejeweled....they are all super...
