The staff member that I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind to me; I was in a rush to the airport, and I had several meetings scheduled later in the day. I quickly stopped in to ask for some packaging supplies for a parcel that I needed to mail before my departure. The representative behind the counter generously provided everything that I asked for, without hesitation. Thank you very much for making my day less stressful and restoring some of my faith in random acts of kindness from strangers.

I visited this store yesterday and had a great experience, so I just had to recommend it to my sister. However, when she went today, her experience was completely different. The cashier made it unnecessarily difficult for her to see a necklace from the display case. Even as my sister tried to describe its location, the cashier acted purposely clueless and had a bad attitude, making the situation even more frustrating.
