Ordered a Chicken Milenesa torta and asked if they wouldn't mind putting on adobo chipotle salsa if they had it and they said sure. Got a steak milanesa torta without the salsa. It was good, I just ordered chicken. Thankfully, I have no dietary restrictions for that to be an issue.

Hubby is diabetic so he only drinks water when out in order to be safe. They were out of water, except for one sparkling mineral water left. His tacos were double tortilla. We did think they were good.

The green salsa was thick and flavorful, really liked it. Red was less spicy and was watery.

It is a bit chilly in the eating area and there are no napkins sitting out for customers, in case you're eating out with small kids. No public restroom.

All in all, not bad! But may not work for families with small children, those who need a restroom readily available, or those with...

First things I tried: Arroz: 9/10 Beans: 7.5/10

Had 4 Tacos: Cecina: 8/10 Pastor: 8/10 (could be a little bit more wet) Chorizo: 7/10 (Well done but a little on the dry side) Asada: 8/10 Cebollita: 7/10 (juicy & sweet on the inside but the outside was a little chewy) Jalapeño: 10/10

Taste is great, texture is good. Overall pleased with my food that I ate everything off the plate and had to order 1 more taco.

A Tripas Taco - Crunchy Solid 8.5/10

I’m pretty picky because of all the places I’ve eaten from. Including the Motherland, Cali, Little Village, etc.

If you’re in the area. I’d recommend it. Price is friendly. Spent just about $22 for a 5 taco plate dinner and extras.

I know I’ll come back here all the time. Thank you, Maria!...

We tried this place on a whim...at 8:20 at night....on a weekday. The dining area is small. The woman working the counter and serving the food was EXTREMELY nice.

While we were waiting for our taco's, 2 people came in for their carry out and 2 more couples came in and sat down. I can see why this place is as busy as it was. The chicken tacos were better than good. I wouldn't say phenomenal, but I'd DEFINITELY order them again. My girlfriend got the ground beef tacos.

If this was a competition, she would have won...without batting an eye. I would recommend Taqueria Campeña. Next time I'm getting...

All the food is amazing but they have the BEST Al Pastor tacos!!! Elote is also amazing. Chorizo tacos have an amazing flavor as well. They have great salsa. I like the mild one and my boyfriend loves the orange sauce- he even got an 8 oz container to go. Service is extremely friendly, accommodating, and appreciative. The atmosphere is small and cute and they make you feel at home. They have specials on Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday! We drive over 30 minutes to get here. I don't typically write reviews but this family owned business deserves all the love!!
